Urbankind founders

Urban Kind is created by a husband-and-wife duo, Sara Maher and Mostafa El Saba. After graduating with a degree in product and interior design, she worked in multiple companies that have been globally awarded and has gained years of experience in product design, while Mostafa has worked for years as an engineer until he realized his passion for comfort and home. This family duo understand that designing the ultimate piece starts with the mind and not with the hands. That creating the best result means no shortcuts and that each of them need to be involved in each step of the process until they create a direct connection with the fabrics, textures, colors, design and ultimately the final piece. Sara leads her team of carpenters in a workshop with skill, artisanal techniques, and craftsmanship. Sara, being an interior and product designer herself, adds the subtle designer touch that ensures uniqueness of each piece. Her experience with the biggest names in the industry has differentiated her amongst the competition. Sara could be hired for consultation on the interior design and how to best pair each piece in your home. As a couple, we understand the importance of a home, as it is our sanctuary and our own canvas that represents our personality and style. Our goal is to allow our community to create a space that speaks to their soul, just like our home did.
